A cracked and sinking foundation prompted this major remodel. We added 300 sf to transform this 2-bed, 1-bath into to a 3-bed, 2-bath wonder, that supports multiple uses for each room and can transform as this family grows and evolves. We used the same footprint and shape designed as workforce cottages for this formerly modest neighborhood, transforming the home into a modern jewel that exudes modest luxury.
