We're delighted to be collaborating once again with Consolid Inc., a local contractor/developer, to develop three luxury homes to suit.

Our concept designs all include 4-bed, 3 1/2-bath homes using 50's modern styling that fits into this neighborhood. They include attached or detached 2-car garages, plus a shaded carport under a boldly cantilevered second story. Each home is customized to fit the slope of its specific site. They're all carefully oriented to maximize views, while maintaining privacy.

 

We've optimized these designs to be prefabricated using B.Public Prefab panels. Our goals are to ensure the highest construction quality, reduced construction impacts on the neighborhood and an accelerated construction timeline. All will be built to meet Passive House certification standards.
