17 Mile Haus Celebration

Our beloved Pebble Beach project is now complete and all PHI Certification documents are in... and we're delighted to announce that 17 Mile Haus is now officially PHI Certified! To celebrate this significant milestone, our clients have graciously agreed to open the house for one last tour.

Please join us at 17 Mile Haus for our last open house - including a very special plaque unveiling ceremony. We've timed this event to coincide with the International Passive House Open Days, where #PassiveHouse projects around the world welcome visitors inside to touch, smell and FEEL the #Passivhaus difference.
