We're working with a local developer on three exciting spec homes in a highly desirable Californian location. We hope to see them built in 2027 but in the meanwhile, we're sharing early schematic designs here as a sneak preview.

These luxury 4-bed, 3-bath homes all share the same design vocabulary with 50's modern styling and a large, cantilevered carport. Each is customized to fit the shape and slope of its specific lot. All homes are oriented to maximize ocean views, minimize grading and keep as much of the land open for landscaping.

 

These designs are optimized for prefabricated panelized construction to accelerate the construction timeline and reduce the impact of construction in this established neighborhood. They'll all be built to Passive House certification standards.
